To view your Online Orders, simply visit Sales Channels > All Online Orders
Viewing your Online Orders directly within TAKU eCommerce
To view an order you will need to:
Go to your store Control Panel > My Sales > Orders.
Find the order that you would like to update the status for and click the "Update Order" button.
Once the options appear for update order, select the "View Order" option.
Once the order opens, you will be able to see the invoice payment details, customer information, shipping details, billing and shipping information, the details of the order and any additional information related to the order.
