Google My Business

This article will guide you on how to connect your TAKU Retail store with your Google My Business account.

Connect your Google Account

  1. From the main screen, click Apps > My Apps > Google My Business (GMB)

  2. Click the CONNECT your Google Account button

  3. A Google Accounts Sign In window will open, type the Email address that manages your Google My Business account and click Next.

  4. Type your password and click Next

  5. On the next screen, click Continue

Link your TAKU Retail store to your verified Google My Business account

  1. From the Google My Business (GMB) screen, click Manage Locations

  2. The GMB Integration scren will list your verified Google My Business account.

    • Click on the drop down menu under the TAKU Store column and select your TAKU Retail store name.

    • If the Store Code field is empty, enter a number (i.e. 1)

    • Click on the drop down menu under the Target Country and select either Canada or United States depending on your store location.

    • Click on the drop down menu under the Content Language and select English or French if not already selected.

    • Click the Save icon

Manage your Google My Business store details from your TAKU Retail account

  1. From the Google My Business (GMB) screen, click Manage Locations

  2. Click on Store Details

  3. From the Store Details screen, you may edit the following information found under each tab and then push to your Google My Business account:

    • Address

    • Social

    • Store Hours

  4. Click Save

  5. Click PUSH TO GMB
