How to Set Up TAKU Pay in your POS

Whether you have a single checkout station or many, setting up TAKU Pay in TAKU POS can be easily handled with these easy steps:

How to Use TAKU Pay during Transactions

With your TAKU Pay terminal, you will be able to process the following 3 types of payment actions with in-person transactions:

  • Sale (tap, insert, swipe)

  • Refund (tap, insert, swipe only required with Interac in Canada)

  • Void (tap, insert or swipe not required)

With credit card payments in the US or Canada, refunding is possible without the physical card for up to 60 days. TAKU Pay is able to do this securely with only the transaction reference number from the original approved payment.
