# Sales Doc Formats

The following steps will guide you through the process of adding and editing.

1\. Go to **Settings** > **Stores** > **Current Store**

2\. Click the **Sales Doc # Formats** card.

3\. The Sales Doc # Formats will open and show the document types: **Cashout, Sales Invoice,** and **Sales Return.**

4\. Add/ Edit the values in boxes to customize the different documents. Add suffixes to further categorize the document types.

5\. Save all the values for the **Sales Doc # Formats** and click the yellow Save icon.
