# SKU & Account ID Formats

You can edit the SKU and account formats of your business.

The following steps will guide you through the process of editing your SKU and account format details.

1. Go to **Settings >** **Business Settings**

2\. Click the **Business Formats** card

3\. On the Business Formats page you can format your internal **SKU** and **Account** numbers so that they are unique. To do this, simply click in the cells to define the **Prefix**, **# of Digits**, **Starting Number** and **Suffix**.

4\. The Preview column will display how your **SKU** and **Account** numbers will appear in your business.
