Buy Online Pickup In Store

This article will guide you on accepting orders, and performing in store pickups

Approving the online order

Go to Sales Channels > All Online Orders

Find the order which will be paid for in store. If the order is new and has not appeared yet, wait a few minutes and then press the refresh button.

To accept the order, click on the View button on the corresponding row of the order.

Here we will see a preview of the order details. You can choose to proceed with the order, or void it.

After the order has been approved, you’ll notice that the view button has now changed into the order number corresponding to the TAKU ecommerce order number.

Fulfillment and Delivery Status

Once the order has been approved, you can proceed to change the fulfillment and delivery status as needed.

Go to Sales Channels > All Online Orders

Click on the document number for the order you would like to manage.

Change the fulfillment and delivery status by clicking on the pencil icon. If the order is ready for pickup, set the Delivery Status to “Ready for Pickup"

Completing the order

Once the customer has picked up the order, we can mark the order as picked up and completed.

Go to Sales Channels > All Online Orders

Click on the Doc # for the order that is completed

Click on the pencil icon for Fulfillment Status and change it to “Completed”

Change the delivery status to “Picked Up”
